When it comes to real estate transactions, timing is everything. Given the complexity and time involved in a real estate transaction, it's important to plan ahead and give yourself enough time to prepare for both buying and selling.
A REALTOR® can be an invaluable resource throughout the process. They can provide you with important information about the local real estate market, and educate you on current trends and prices. If you're selling your home, your REALTOR® may suggest hiring a photographer to take professional pictures. If you're looking to purchase a new property, it's best to make contact with a lender well in advance to receive guidance on the pre-approval process. This will give you enough time to correct any credit issues that may prevent you from securing a loan. By working with a REALTOR® and a lender early on, you can ensure a successful and stress-free real estate transaction.
